Well hello there! Welcome to the policy section of Island Blu Studio.

My necklace/bracelet is too big/too small:
To tighten any of our bracelets, pull on the string ends on each side of the slip knot or bead closure. To loosen the bracelets, pull gently on the sides of the bracelet, tugging the loose strings through the slip knot. There's no need to untie the bracelet. Most bracelets can be sized between 2"-5" in diameter, unless otherwise noted in listing!

To make a wrap bracelet tighter or looser on your wrist, just adjust the loop size! To do this, hold onto the large slip knot at the base of the loop. While holding the knot, pull the long string to make the loop smaller, or pull the loop side to make it longer. This will adjust the sizing on your wrist!

EMAIL
: We do our best to respond to all email inquiries as fast as we can. At certain times of the year we can get really busy. Sometimes it can take up to 24 hours to get back to you. But we promise we will get back to you! If you have not heard from us after 3 days, please send us a follow up email.
We are currently only working Monday through Friday.

Sponsorship:
Beauty Bloggers, You-Tube Reviewers, etc: we appreciate your interest , but we do not currently give out free products for reviews. 

Lost items in cart:
Items are only held for you once you place an order. Adding a product to your cart does not guarantee that you'll be able to purchase it at a later time. It IS possible for an item to sell out while in your cart. 

Do you offer Wholesale? 
We are not yet offering wholesale again. We hope to begin offering it Fall 2018. Please contact us to be added to the wait list.


Can I cancel my order or make changes?
Please contact us within ONE hour of purchase for cancelations. Some orders can not be canceled, such as Wholesale Orders, custom orders and sale items.

All product purchases made through our website are final. We ONLY accept returns, we do NOT process exchanges. Any fees or charges for return shipment are the responsibility of the buyer. Any repairs or shipping of a new item with be covered by Island Blu Studio. Wholesale, bulk, or custom orders are not valid for exchanges or refunds.


If your bracelet or necklace breaks within 1 year of purchasing it (excluding wish bracelets), we will gladly send you a new one (based on inventory availability)! Just snap a quick pic and send it to us via etsy convo or via email at suny@islandblustudio.com.

Custom Order Bracelets or Necklaces
In most cases bracelets and necklaces can be customized (made larger, smaller or charm added) for a fee. Payment is required within 24 hours for custom pieces and work will not be started until paid.

Coupons
Coupons and discounts are not valid on some listings. Such as custom listings, wholesale, bulk orders, or sets. Please read the full listings before purchasing. If a coupon or discount is used on one of these listings, you will be invoiced for the difference. Your order will not ship until it has been paid. If not paid promptly your order will be canceled.
If purchasing multiple items, please purchase the non eligable coupon items seperately. We will refund shipping over charges, if applicable.



Shipping
The time needed to ship your order will vary. Most items ship in 1 business day but can take up to 7. If you need faster shipping, please contact us before purchase to make sure we can get it shipped in time.


We are not currently offering International Shipping:

Jewelry, keychains and most car charms are shipped in a muslin bag inside a bubble envelope. USPS tracking is included. Please check under your Etsy orders for tracking details.

Wall hangings & dreamcatchers are wrapped in tissue paper and placed in a cello bag and shipped in a box. USPS tracking is included. Please check under your Etsy orders for tracking details.

We try to ship items in as few boxes as possible, unless otherwise requested.

INCORRECT ADDRESSES: If a package is returned due to incorrect address provided at check-out, the buyer will be responsible for additional postage before any items are reshipped. Replacement orders will only be shipped out if the original package is returned to us and the buyer pays for additional postage (shipping and handling.)
