Please allow between 4-6 days to receive your order. If a delay is expected, you will be notified. Typically, shipping will only take between 1-3 days.
Be sure to check that the shipping address is accurate. Island Blu Studio cannot be held responsible for an incorrect address. Island Blu Studio reserves the right to not deliver an order if we believe it is unsafe. If you notice an error after your order has been finalized, contact us for assistance.
If the order was returned without being delivered to you, please contact us. You will be responsible for reshipment charges.
Island Blu Studio is not responsible for additional charges incurred due to a package being undeliverable, misdelivered, or returned to us for any reason. Island Blu Studio is not responsible for any packages lost or unclaimed. If you need help tracking your package, contact us and we can help you find it!
Due to the handmade nature of our products, we do not accept returns. In the unlikely event your products arrive damaged, please contact us and we will be happy to send a replacement. Please do NOT throw item away. We will need photos to file a claim with the delivery service.
Once an order is placed, Island Blu Studio will gladly cancel within two hours of confirmation. Special sale items, custom, or wholesale orders cannot be cancelled or returned.
Island Blu Studio uses a variety of natural ingredients that can cause color variations. Typically it is the ingredient vanilla. Vanilla can cause products to darken or change color over time. This is a natural process and does not affect the quality of the product. We will not replace products if this occurs.

Neither Island Blu Studio or its suppliers tests on animals. All of our products are tested on ourselves, family, and friends!
Island Blu Studio does our best to respond to all email inquiries as fast as possible. At certain times of the year, it can take up to 24 hours to get back to you. If you have not heard from us after 3 days, please send us a follow up email.
We are currently only working Monday through Friday.
Lost Items in Cart
Items are only held for you once you place an order. Adding a product to your cart does not guarantee that you will be able to purchase it at a later time. It is possible for an item to sell out while in your cart. If an item does sell out while in your cart, it will be removed without notification.
In the summer months, some products can melt if left in the heat. This typically occurs with soap product around 125 degrees Fahrenheit. Island Blu Studio recommends shipping these products to an address in which they can be received immediately. If the products do melt slightly, remove them from the heat and place indoors at room temperature. The products are still safe to use and Island Blu Studio will not refund or exchange product that has been left in the heat upon arrival.
Where's my order at?
If you received a shipping confirmation email, your order has left our studio. Use the tracking number that was provided in the confirmation email to track your goodies.
What if I am vegan?
Many of our Island Blu Studio products are vegan! However, not all of our products are. All ingredients are listed for your convenience both on our website and each individual product!
Do you offer Wholesale?
We are not offering wholesale at this time. We hope to begin offering it Spring 2021. Please contact us to be added to the waitlist.
